We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx, typically arriving within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS, typically arriving within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

4.3 Delivery Areas

We ship globally but cannot deliver to some parts of Asia and a few other remote regions. If you’re in an area we cannot ship to, we’ll notify you and cancel your order.

4.4 Delivery Issues

Please check your order upon delivery. If there’s visible damage to the package, note this with the delivery driver or refuse delivery. For any delivery issues, contact us within 3 days of expected delivery.

5. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

5.1 Returns Policy

We hope you love everything you order! But if something isn’t quite right, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

5.2 Return Process

To return an item:

2. Wait for our Returns Authorisation and shipping address (do not send items without this)
3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging and ship using a tracked service

5.3 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect returned items, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
• PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5.4 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Christmas Crackers (contain consumable items)
• Opened Christmas Eve Boxes or if items inside have been used
• Balloon Fillers (consumable products like confetti)
• Personalised or custom-made products
