- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Shipping Methods & Times:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Your order will typically arrive within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery Areas: We ship globally! However, please note we are unable to deliver to some parts of Asia and a few other remote regions.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and can be affected by factors outside of our control, especially during the busy holiday season.
Our Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love everything you order, but we understand that sometimes an item might not be quite right. To keep the holiday spirit alive, we offer a simple returns and exchanges process.
Timeframe for Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our cheerful customer service elves at [email protected]. Please include your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Wait for Instructions: We will email you back within 1-2 business days with a Returns Authorisation and the shipping address to send your item to. Please do not send anything back without this authorisation.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging and ship them to us using a tracked shipping service. This is for your peace of mind so you can follow its journey back to our workshop!
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Timeline and Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after we process the refund for it to appear in your account.
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process the refund.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we sent the wrong item).

- Any personalised or custom-made products (e.g., customised Balloon Vinyl or Christmas Decorations made to your specification).
